I grew up in a dog family – no, I wasn’t raised by dogs, lol. What I mean is, my parents always owned dogs. Usually many at one time, always mutts rescued from the pound, if not picked up right off the side of the road.
At a very early age, I was taught how to care for and train dogs by my mother, who owned a pet sitting business.
Today, my lovely wife and I own two rescue dogs: a beautiful Foxhound named Maggie, and an adorable Pit bull-mix named Morty.
